Britney Moss could picture the perfect cake for her daughter’s first birthday party. The problem was...the perfect cake didn’t seem to exist.

“For two years, I made the conscious effort to ‘come up for air’ from the daily grind of working in my business,” Moss says, “which allowed me the space to truly work on my business.” Shifting her mindset from home baker to CEO gave Moss the confidence to keep scaling Cupcake Me!
