How do I opt out of automated calls and texts?

We value our relationship with our customers and we use technology to enhance your experiences with PayPal. At times, we may use autodialled calls and prerecorded messages to provide you with important information about your account.


However, you can choose to not receive these calls or text messages without any negative effects to your PayPal account.

Here's how to opt out of automated calls and texts:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Update to the right of your mobile phone number.
  3. Deselect the boxes about contacting you.
  4. Click Update Number.
