How do I know if my charity is enrolled with PayPal Giving Fund?

If you’re not sure whether your charity is enrolled with PayPal Giving Fund, you can check by viewing your profile on PayPal’s app or website. If you haven’t enrolled, you’ll see a note explaining, “This page hasn’t been reviewed or approved by this charity”.

Alternatively, you can check if your charity is enrolled by attempting to log in to your PayPal Giving Fund dashboard (using your PayPal account credentials).

Why is my PayPal Giving Fund profile showing as ineligible on Meta?

If your PayPal Giving Fund profile is showing as ineligible on Meta, your organisation may no longer meet PayPal Giving Fund’s Charity Certification Policy and as a result, may become inactive on Meta.
